What is Real?

-I am in a deep sleep I can’t feel my arms or my legs….it’s impossible to move, I can’t even see until suddenly some lights shut on and I am in a huge dark room filled with tools and I am hooked up to a machine, in an instant I am able move my arms and legs. I get up from the bed and look around with fear and confusion, without warning I hear this voice coming from the speaker in the top left corner of the room and it announces that “I have been in a coma like state for nine months” then I ask, “where am I” and he utters ,“You really don’t remember do you….your in an asylum” I look at the speaker with terror and I say, “No that’s impossible I’m not crazy” he chuckles dryly and replies, “Oh but you are,why do you think there’s no one here.” “No that’s not true I would never hurt anybody”, I cried. He argued, “I can even show you what you did” without warning a small tv screen comes down and I see myself walking around with a bag full of syringes in one hand and a knife in the other, killing everyone in sight, I gasp in horror at the screams and cries as dead bodies hit the floor one by one, I feel digusted by what I have caused and all the blood on my hands. It comes to a part where I am standing over a woman with a syringe in a attempt to end her life but the random woman is faster and grabs the syringe out of my hand and stabs it into my arm and I fall to the ground immediately. I say to myself,“ I did all of this….but why” I questioned. He said that, “After I found out my family died because of a unmissable murderer that had assassinated my sister at the time and even though I saw him do it they had said he was incapable of doing so. “He had better lawyers and created a lot of pressure on you so there really was no hope,he made you look insane in front of the judge and jury so they sent you to this asylum and he was claimed not guilty.” “A few weeks later when you heard the news that he killed the rest of your family and you lost it and went on a killing spree because at that point you didn’t care anymore and you’ve been in a coma ever sense that day…..till today at least”. I couldn’t believe what I heard then it all came back clearly and I broke down crying harder than I ever have. Suddenly I heard people telling me to wake up and I awoke to my family but still confused on why I would have such a dream?
